Why can't I search for a participant from the front end?

More than likely the participant has marked their personal page as Private. From the admin side you can find out by using the following steps:

1. In TeamRaiser search for the Participant.

2. Click on the name of the participant to see their account.

3. Below the Disable button on the right side of the screen you will see Private.

Only the participant can change their page to Public. To do so they should:

1. Log into their Participant Center.

2. Then click on the "Make my campaign public" in the My Campaign box.
