Proposals - Data Hygiene Report

At our organization we have built a number of different simple queries to identify various data hygiene issues associated with fundraising proposals & associated gifts that are important to address before we publish a monthly metrics report. I would like to combine these queries into a single query/export/report that lists all issues along with an additional column of text that categorizes/defines the issue. Currently I run each query, dump it into an excel document and tag the rows with the name/purpose of the query so each person knows what the listed data record issue entails.


Has anyone developed or come across a solution to could save me the time of running individual queries or exports? I am new to RE so any guidance on how to approach the problem would be helpful.
