How do I make it so my links aren't created trackable?

There are two options.

1. Convio can turn off trackable links for all email sent from your site always. This is not recommended as it will impact reporting on your emails.

2. An admin creating an email can pick and choose the links in the email and decide which should be tracked and which should not. To make a specific link untrackable, in the WYSIWYG, add "?DONOTTRACK=TRUE" in the Additional Arguments section of the link selector pop-up.
