Why are some donations not listed in the scrolling honor roll?

By default only the 20 top gifts will appear on the participant's scrolling honor roll. However, Convio Support can increase the parameter that controls this data. Convio Support will need to know how many donors the participant has in order to increase this setting by an amount that will be suitable for the participant. By increasing this setting it will affect all participants.
