How do I Review or Cancel a Sustaining Gift?

The Sustaining Gifts tab allows you to review sustaining gifts or to cancel them if requested.

Review and/or cancel sustaining gifts as follows:

1. Choose Fundraising on the top-level navigation bar.

2. If you have TeamRaiser installed, choose Online Giving on the second-level navigation bar. (Otherwise, go directly on to step # 3.)

3. Click the Sustaining Gifts tab.

4. Review the list of Sustaining Gifts. The following Actions are available for each entry, if needed:

-Edit - this action icon takes you to a Gift Detail page, where you can view the history of that gift and Cancel the gift if you need to do so. If canceling, specify the reason at the bottom of the page and then click Cancel Sustaining Gift. You will be asked to confirm your action. Otherwise, if there are no changes, click Return to Sustaining Gift List.

**Note: If a Sustaining Gift is canceled, it will immediately disappear from the list of Sustaining Gifts. The ¿Sustainer Giving Expected Payment Report¿ (available in the Reports application under Fundraising) will reflect that this gift is no longer expected.

-Refresh - use this icon to refresh the screen for an individual record
