BBNC for Alumni Perks and/or Mentorship

Help! Are there any Community members using BBNC to manage 1) an alumni perks affinity/discount program; and/or 2) an alumni mentorship program, who would be willing to share some knowledge? I'd also love to hear from anyone who evaluated BBNC but decided to use another product for administering their programs.
