Why do I see 'Pending' in the Guest List Report?

When someone begins the process of buying tickets and they have made the selection of the number of tickets they want, those tickets becomes reserved (pending) for a specific amount of time (30 minutes) so that no one else gets those tickets. Then after the time has run out and the person has not processed the transaction, the tickets are no longer reserved (pending). If you run the report again, you eventually will no longer see 'Pending'.
