How to Upload Responses to Customized Registration Questions in TeamRaiser?

Hi all,


Wondering if anyone has any experience with uploading responses to customized questions in TeamRaiser? 


We have a number of additional questions that are specific to the TeamRaiser event that we ask during the registration process. Is it possible to upload answers to these questions to the participants profiles in the specific TeamRaiser? I can only figure out how to import information into their Constituent Record; not their TeamRaiser profile. Anyone else successful with this?

Sounds like you're looking for the Upload Survey Responses feature under the TeamRaiser Uploads tab. I recommend going to step 2 of the process and downloading the sample report for help setting up your file. More information on how to use this upload feature can be found in the Luminate Help.

It looks like we don't have that option in our version of Luminate Online. There is no "Upload" tab or anything about survey responses. What a bummer.


It sounds like it's a pretty easy fix, if we had that option, though.
