How do I insert a goal, donation and information link registration page options?

You can set options that enable participants to set personal fundraising goals and to add a personal donation when they register. You can also insert links to other important information, such as mail-in registration forms and event-day information packets. If you do not have these materials available, you can edit the TeamRaiser later and add these files.

To configure the remaining TeamRaiser page registration options:

1. If you are not already on the Registration page, click the Configure Registration Information link in the Configuration Checklist (or, click Registration from the third-level navigation bar at the top of the page).

2. In the Registration Options section of the Configure Registration page, for:

- Allow participants to enter goal, click the checkbox to provide a field that enables registering participants to type in a personal monetary target representing the amount they want to raise.

- Suggested Goal, type in a dollar amount that displays to registering participants to guide them as they select their personal goals. The system will display the dollar amount that you enter here to registering participants in the "What is your individual fundraising goal?" question on their Participation Options page.

- Request additional donation at time of registration, click the checkbox to provide the opportunity for participants to make a personal donation with their own credit card payments.

- Provide a link to a printable registration form on the Greeting page, click the checkbox, and then click the Browse button to locate and Open the file so it can be uploaded. This is useful for mail-in or walk-in registrations if you allow them.

- Provide a link to an information packet on the Participant Center, click the checkbox, and then click the Browse button to locate and Open the file so it can be uploaded. This is useful for maps and directions, apparel lists, and so on.

3. Click the Save button to store this information for use with your TeamRaiser Registration and Greeting Pages.
