Luminate/Team Raiser - other options

We currently use Luminate and Team Raiser for email capability & (individual and team) registration for very large walk.  We are finding limitations with both products and are looking for something new.  Does anyone have any experience with other programs?  I would love your insight!

Hi Eileen, 


We are in the process of moving off of Friends asking Friends because of the Sphere issue and are having a very difficult time deciding between TR or EDH.  I'm wondering why you chose to go with TR.  We will be using it for our annual Cancer Walk and are thinking the functionality of TR will be better than EDH.  We also will be using it for email capability & (individual and team) registration.  It sounds like you are finding limitations with it but am I correct thinking EDH would have more limitations?  How is the donation processing back into RE?  Is it an easy process?  Right now we use Online Express, do you know if that we have to change?  As a whole, are you happy with TR?


Any help you can give will be appreciated.
