How do I edit a Participant s Personal Page?

To access and edit a participant’s Personal page:

To access the participant’s profile:

1. Click Fundraising from the top-level navigation bar.

2. In the TeamRaiser List that opens, locate the Name of the TeamRaiser and click the Manage icon located to its right.

3. On the Participants page that opens, type information in the appropriate fields and click the Search This TeamRaiser or Search Across all TeamRaisers button to display the list of participants that match your search criteria.

4. From the Participant List that displays, click a Name link to open the participant’s Profile page.

From here you can do either of the following:

1. To see what the Personal Web page looks like now, click the View link (located on the right side of the Registration Information block). Click the Back button on your browser to redisplay the participant’s Profile page.

2. To make changes or add components to the page:

- Click the Edit link to display the editable components on the Personal page.

- Make your changes to the appropriate components.

- When you are finished, click the Save button. The system closes the Personal Page Editor and displays the participant’s Profile page.

- To look at the changes, click the View link and then click the Back button on your browser to redisplay the participant’s Profile page.

Once you are done, click the "Done" button to close the participant’s Profile page and display the Participant Search page.
