How do I get my admin password reset?

If you have forgotten your Convio Administrative password, or need to have it reset for any reason, then you will need to contact another administrator for your account. For security reasons, support cannot reset your password.

Changing the password for an administrator is the same as changing it for any end user. The administrator who has the ability to log in will need to do the following:

1. Log in to the Convio Administrative site.

2. Go to Constituent 360 and look up the Administrator whose password needs reset.

3. Click on the pencil to the left of the contact's name to edit his/her record.

4. Click on the link that says Change Password.

5. Reset the password and click on Save.

The password should now be reset for the user. Have him/her try to log in to verify this information.
