Why can't I see a specific email message in links drop down in the WYSIWYG?

An email message will show up in this list of links only if it is part of an Email Campaign that is configured to enable web viewing of the messages.

To configure this:

  • Go to the email campaign that contains the message to which you want to link.

  • Click Edit next to it.

  • Browse to the last step of the wizard and be sure the "Enable web viewing of messages" box is checked.

  • Click Finish to save your work.

Now when you return to the WYSIWYG, you should find the message in the list of those available in the Email Message links.
