How can I check Convio's status on email RBLs (realtime block lists)?

www.openrbl.org provides an excellent java applet, configured to search multiple lists simultaneously and present the results in an informative manner. This is the same tool that Convio's support team uses to check RBLs to ensure deliverability of Convio generated email. The results may include links to the list and information regarding reasons for having been listed. The following steps may be used in order to check the status of Convio's email servers on the lists.

- Open http://openrbl.org in a web browser

- Click the "Openrbl JS Client" button on the "DNSBL Lookup" form

- The java applet will load in the current window

- Input the ip address of the email server into the lookup field
