Can two discounts be applied to one constituent's purchase?

his solution applies to discounts for which the eligibility is determined by C360 group membership.

By default, when Convio is presented with a constituent who meets the criteria for two discounts, only the "best" one will be applied, not both.

If you want a member of both groups to get both discounts, you can do this.

1. Create a query looking for any constituents belonging to both "qualifier" groups. Use the query to create a third group. For more details, take the Query recorded training on the Customer Center

2. Create a larger discount (probably the sum of the two original discounts) and apply it to that group.
