BBNC emails - unopened emails

We sometimes re-send an email to recipients who did not open a first email that was sent.

In the email reports grid for sent emails, I don't see an option to export Un-opens.

Is there a way to access these?

If not, what do you suggest we do instead?

I can't say that I've ever tried using it but the NetCommunity section in queries in Raiser's Edge should let you do this. You can select specific emails and whether they were opened in the criteria.

When I try to export to CSV any of the Opens and Not sent email
addresses, I get this error.

We did this last year and exported the opens from Net Community and then just use that as a suppression file for the re-send email.
