How can I use the secondary email address in my constituents' records?

Currently, there is only one use for the secondary email addresses in Convio. When sending an email, in the Delivery Options, there is an option to CC (Carbon Copy) the secondary email address of the constituents already in your audience by checking the box that says "CC all recipient email addresses".

You can add a custom field. You need to add this field in a survey (you don't have to actually use the survey) and choose the option to add this to the donor's profile in Constituent 360.

If you add this field in a form (which you can), you will not receive the option for it to be added to their profile.
