Donations Decline from Team Page

Has anyone had any issues with donations being declined when made through the team page? We currently have a several dental offices fundraising through TeamRaiser and processing donations throughout the day and there have been several declines. Note that these donations are being made through the same IP address throughout the day.

I wonder of the Luminate fraud prevention software is getting in the way. Contact support and have that IP address white-listed.
