How do I associated a premium with the "Other amount" donation level?

Premiums cannot be directly associated with the Other amount donation level in a Donation Form.

However, the premiums associated with specific donation levels are automatically available to the Other Amount if the amount entered by the donor is equal to or higher then one of the amounts associated by a premium.

For example, assume there are the following donor levels with the following premiums:

$10 - mug

$20 - t-shirt

$30 - hat

donor entered amount

If the donor enters $12, they will be offered the mug as an option. If the donor enters $25, they will be offered the mug or the t-shirt.
