How do I create a Cross Reference for my offline database?

To create a new cross reference (usually to map a new donation campaign back to your offline database) follow the following steps:

1. Select 'Data Management' and then 'Import/Export'

2. Click the type name for the type of cross reference you need to add.

3. Click 'Create a new Cross Reference'

4. Select the Convio Value you want to map, and fill in the Foreign Value(s) as required.

5. Add a description, and click 'Save'

To edit an existing Cross Reference, click the name of the cross reference in step 3 instead of 'create a new cross reference'.
