Why isn't "reusable content" showing up in WYSWYG Components menu?

There are several reasons that the "reusable content" selection would not be visible in your WYSIWYG Components menu:

1. You have not created any reusable content in PageBuilder

2. You've created reusable content, but it's not yet published and/or the "reusable" box is not checked on the page.

3. You don't have permissions to access the reusable content that is published. That pagebuilder page has a security category corresponding to a security group that you are not a member of.

4. PageBuilder express is installed on your site, which suppresses reusable content.
