How do I remove a team when there are no members?

A 'phantom' team can exist when the contact record for the only team member (the team captain) has been removed from Constituent360. If a person is a team captain and you want the team captain registration and the team to be removed, do NOT delete the person's contact record. If you do that you will need to contact Support to reinstate the record so that you can then follow the steps below.

After Convio Support has reactivated the removed constituent records, you can delete the team.
