How do I delete a PageBuilder Page?

Pages, once saved, cannot be deleted from the system; however, you can substitute a new or another existing Version for the currently active Version, or even amke inactivate all Versions if you no longer have a need for the Page. You can then Archive the inactive Versions -- or even the entire Page -- if you no longer want to view them. (Archiving is discussed in the next section.)

If you would like to "Un-publish" the current Version of a Page, you can do one of the following:

-Create and publish a New Version of the Page

-Publish (or Re-publish) another Version

If you would like to "Un-publish" all Versions of a Page, proceed as follows:

1. Click on the Name of the Page in the Page Library.

2. On the Page Information screen that opens, uncheck the Active box that reads: "Pages can only be made active if a version has been approved and published."

3. Save your changes. The previously "Active" Version will be reduced to the Status of "Approved."

Note: You can go on to archive the entire page type if you would like to remove the Page from the Page Library view.
