Everyday Hero processing gift in Raiser's Edge

Just processed gifts for the first time through Everyday Hero. Raiser's Edge does not allow you to process as a batch from the distribution report. In Raiser's Edge, a query was made so a transmittal could be submitted to our accounting office  Completing it this way, there was no Commit Control Report or Validation report.  


I am needing suggestion from other that are using Everyday Hero for donations.  I need tips and suggestions on how others are processing to their accounting department and providing process for auditors.
