Moving data across User Defined Fields

Hi. 


I'm trying to rework the UDFs in my organisation. I previously had some user defined fields under Personas but I now want them to appear in the Defined Fields section of the Account. I was wondering if there was a way to mass move the data from the UDF under personas to the field in Defined Fields.
