Backspace issue via Citrix

Hi All,


Our team is experience a frustrating error, in that the backspace key is working only now and again. This is affecting multiple users across multiple work stations.


We suspect it has something to do with the citrix plug in, however removing and re-installing citrix has not solved the problem.


We've raised a case, however would like to know if any of you have had this issue, and what you did to resolve it.
