System says we have a Facebook app for a Janrain connection, but there is no record of Jainrain being set up

Options
I'm working on implementing the new Facebook Integration for TeamRaiser for a client. On the Facebook Integration Settings tab, the system is telling us that we have a Janrain connection and a FB app. There is no record of Janrain being set up (Social Media still references Gigya and there is no social sign on in place), I don't have records of configuring Janrain for the client, and none of the staff team (been there since I did the initial deployment) know anything about it.

It gives the option of creating a new App, but all of the information is about recovering an existing app rather than creating a new one. Also, the instructions require the client ID, which they say we can get when we click on the Login with Facebook link from the website. This isn't possible when it's not configured on the site (see above).

Is there another way to get the client ID? Has anyone else run into this where the system thinks you have an App, but you don't? Should we just start by configuration Janrain for social share to get in that way?

Thanks for any insight, experience, and suggestions!
