Hello,


We have a new president at our university and are planning his inauguration.  The inauguration will take place along with many other events that weekend.  Some people will be invited to just the ceremony, while others will be invited to all.  Has anyone dealt with an event that has multiple events in which to register?

We have done large multi-event weekends in BBNC, but the catch is the events that only some people are invited to - do those people have BBNC log-ins? If so, could you query them together? Then you can create a bbnc group for them, and make those specific events visible ONLY to that group. But, most of our event invitees do not have a log-in.... So I do one "big" event reg page for the events that are open to the public, and either a separate invite-only page for more exclusive events, or we do RSVPs via email/phone for those. I am interested to hear what other advice you get. 


Side note, pulling the invitation list for the last presidential inauguration we had was one of the most challenging and interesting experiences of my career! I hope things are going smoothly for you!
