Blackbaud's NetCommunity - Online Forms Processing Getting Stuck on Siblings, etc.

I have been using Blackbaud's NetCommunity for online re-enrollment and admissions for a few years now. Each year, I feel like I'm having to take more and more time to process online re-enrollment and admission forms due to "errors". In the last 2 years, I believe because our database is more populated, I've run into "unhandled exception" or "fix relation user" errors. These most commonly happen when I attempt to process a new student record and that student is listed as a (un-enrolled) sibling of a current student OR the new student record (for K-12) already had a student record in Education Edge because they are currently enrolled in our school's preschool. 


How do I fix this? I generally don't know right away that these are the issues until I get the error and have to close out of NetCommunity and search in Education Edge for possible reasons. This takes quite a bit of time - what I thought I was going to be saving by using online forms. Not so much.
