Help us choose a new look and feel for the product!

Convio's Usability & Design team is working on a visual refresh of the Admin interface, a new look and feel. We'd like to invite some of our users to participate in usability testing to get user comments, insight, and input into the design. It's a great way for our product development team to get feedback, and get some good dialogue between our team and the client community. Here's some specifics:

How big of a pool of participants?

We'd love 3-5 client users to be a part of this.

What's a usability test?

A usability test is our product development team's opportunity to put a feature or project that's currently in development in front of a real living, breathing person and get their feedback! We make assumptions and design decisions based on our own expertise, as well as input we've received from the client community. But usability tests are great opportunities to verify that we're moving in the right direction, to catch something we might not have thought through clearly, or to get definitive answers to design problems we're still trying to solve.

What does a usability test feel like and how does it work?

You (an individual user) and I sit down in front of our respective computers, share screens, call each other, and just talk about what you see. It'll take about 30 minutes of your day.

When would we do this?

We'd like to shoot for next week, May 19-23

Any qualifications?

Just that you're breathing, thinking, and willing to share your thoughts. There's no product expertise requirement, just that you're a Convio user.
