Why do I get an error when I try to approve my email message?

In some cases, you will get an error when you attempt to approve an email message that says "There was a problem processing your request.... Error: Your message body does not contain an unsubscribe link."

It looks like this:

This means that when the system checked for the unsubscribe link (yoursite.com/site/CO) it could not locate the link. The main culprit for this error is that the link is in the body or stationery of the HTML version of the message, but not in the plaintext version. If you ensure it is in both the HTML version and plaintext version of your email, the message should pass approval.
