A NEW LOOK coming to the Convio UI

We're introducing a new look to the Convio UI! We're giving a facelift to the navigation bars, links, and colors. We're hoping the changes will make the user experience more pleasant, and help folks move more quickly through the product. Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

• Lighter colors and bigger things to click on.

• Easier access to: Convio Community, Customer Center, Contacting Support, a full Table of Contents of our online Help, and more.

• Making the Next and Save buttons more clear in the Process Navigator pages.

The new look will hit the streets at the end of summer. But before that happens, we wanted to put it in front of our Convio Community so you get a first peek at what's going on behind the scenes. Attached to this post is a picture of what you'll find when you:

1. log into Convio and go about your daily business,

2. a picture of the new Help menu,

3. and even what the new dropdown menus will look like!

So have a look, don't be surprised when you log in and things look different come August, and give us your comments. We're looking forward to seeing a "new look" come to the Convio product!

Matt, this is an update to the Admin-facing UI. As for customizing the look: not in this update! I wouldn't rule out the possibility for the future, but our primary aim in this project was to introduce a cleaner, lighter stylistic change that clarifies parts of the UI without impacting any of the functionality. We wanted to preserve everyone's existing workflows and current use of the product and not introduce any curve balls coming from left field.
