Donations in Netcommunity from international alumni

Hello,

Has anyone had success with accepting donations from international alumni using the netcommunity donation form?

You have to setup the address format for each country in RE, in config, international.  How do you know how to format the address for each country?  We have alumni from Japan and a few other countries and we are having difficulties.  I have worked with support but we have not had any success.


Just wondering if anyone out there is getting this to work for them?

Hi Marge,


I hope you've been well! The Raiser's Edge allows you to assign one of five possible international address blocks to a country. For countries beyond the original five offered in The Raiser's Edge, select the address block which most closely matches that of the new country. The Knowledgebase article below outlines how to then allow donors to give in NetCommunity from the new country:
