Consent

Good morning! We have not yet transferred over to Online Express. When I logged in to Net Community today, the notice came up about the consent part. I'm looking for a little guidance from someone who is knowledgeable on this. Currently, once a student graduates, their contact information is transferred over to us and they are added into our email lists. They of course can unsubscribe from our emails with the unsubscribe option. The same goes for our phonathon - once we've called, if they ask us to remove them we do.


We don't currently do outreach to ask for consent. I would like to ask this community:


1) Do you periodically reach out to all alumni and friends and ask for consent for emails, mobile, etc.?

2) If so, do you have an example of that communication?
