How can I trigger a welcome series for all new constituents that send an Ecard?

Is there a way to have people that send an Ecard be put into a group? Are they put into a standard group? I found one called "Tribute/send an eCard" but there are no members in that group and Ecards have been sent.

Creating a group from an Ecard report looked promising, but I don't know if that will help because I suspect that would only add the current senders into the group, which would then not be updated with new senders, right?
