OLX Consent Tracking

I understand that we will now be able to track email consents.  I saw the "What's New" this morning when I opened OLX.  I tried to follow the directions - My account settings went to integration options to enable consent tracking, but it is not appearing there.  Am I missing something?

If you follow KB article 116781 you have to first configure the consent options in the business rules section (I actually had to chat with support to figure this out - apparently I skipped that step when reading the KB article.)  Also, I'm currently struggling with what to use as my solicit codes for these opt-in/opt-out/no response options so if you have any brilliant suggestions, I'm all ears.

I'd be curious to know how detailed you decided to get with your solicit codes, if you've made a decision yet.

I made a "YES Email" code to capture and replace the "No Email" as folks update.

I could not find any place on the GET STARTED tab to activate consent tracking.

Thoughts?

Hi Eric Bruce‍. You'll find the checkbox to enable consent tracking under the Account menu, then Integration Options > Consent Tracking.
