Net Community-Online Express

We have RE NXT which includes Online Express for our website and online donations. (We have been using RE NXT for at least 2 years.)

I have received two online donations this weekend that were processed through Net Community---how does this happen?????

Everything on our website was changed over to Online Express. Is there something I need to do to completely end Net Community--I was told

that moving forward all online donations would be processed through Online Express. HELP.....

Hi Sandra,

I Googled for your organization & Donate. I found this in the Google results: https://55953.thankyou4caring.org/ Looks like your old Spark site is still visible and showing in search results. I'm guessing your donors either had this page book marked or found it like I did, via search.


Be sure someone deactivates the old site/templates, blocks this page from being searched and places a URL redirect(s) from your old site to your new site & important pages so this doesn't keep happening.
