Is there a way to take an email message that is in one campaign and switch it to another?

Unfortunately, at this time, there is no way to copy an email over to a different campaign. I would suggest copying and pasting where you can to save some time. But, that is a good feature to request!

If you wanted to use the same text in two or more places, you could make a reusable page in pagebuilder and include the reusable component in more than one email.

You can always duplicate the email, rename it and change the audiences if necessary. Don't just copy the message though; you have to copy the actual campaign. Let me know if I need to explain.
