RSS feed for calendars

I'm trying to set up the RSS feed in Altru to my outlook account. The feed is asking for a username and password in outlook. The username and password I use to login does not work for the RSS feed. What Am I doing wrong? (actually the feed asks for ID and password)

This has happened to me too. I thought it had to do with the SSO or the timeout of Altru. Our IT crew has been trying different methods to fix it and contacted Blackbaud directly. Blackbaud has recognized the issue and informed our IT crew they'd get back with us when they fixed it and how.
