Mini donation form email acknowledgement not sending

As an FYI donors are not receiving their email acknowledgement from a donation made on the mini donation form. The issue is with any imagery imbedded into the message. We use our university logo as well as favicons with links to social media. If you do not use imagery in your email acknowledgement, no worries, but those who do, please check your acknowledgment reports under the email tab and then work with chat support to define where your images are imbedded. The BBNC developers are actively looking for a global fix that will come in a future patch, until then this work around should provide you with a resolution, although temporary.

Thanks Jayne! I was 5 minutes away from submitting a help ticket for this. Hate that it's happening but so grateful you shared the snafu with us so we can put a stop-gap in place & work with the developers.

I am soooo happy that you were able to use this information. It has only occurred since the last upgrade to the product in late November and the developers are trying to fix it so that you (we) can resume using our university branding and social media favicons.

Our donors are marketed with Tax Year End in mind and subsequently will use the acknowledment for their taxes. Everyone eventually gettings an approved letter a week or two later but in the moment the acknowledgment suffices for an immediate need.

I asked that BBNC send out a notice of known bugs to share but it is not something they want to promote.
