Responsive Layout Missing from Default Personal Page

I'm trying to implement some style customizations for a TeamRaiser Default Personal Page. Some of what we want just isn't possible without the "Responsive" layout option. I copied the new event from last year and I've discovered that the "Responsive" layout is missing from both.


Is there some setting that prevents it?

If the TeamRaiser has been copied from a previous event that did not include responsive layout, responsive will not be listed as an option in your custom page layouts. The TeamRaiser must be created from scratch and not copied, to have this option.

That's probably it. This TR event has been copied from the previous year so long it may actually predate the responsive layouts. Thanks.
