Runner's fitbit/strava app integration with TR registration

1. Are there any known Run registration systems that have API plug/play with LO/TR? 
   1. Scenario:  Our teams would like to advertise our 5K events on those sites that offer registration (Active, RunUp, etc.) to local events. We want to know if there are any that, should you register on those, it would automatically integrate into your TR event as well? 
   2. Reason:  It has been told to us that there are some run sites that allow you to register for multiple events, just by clicking REGISTER on their site and it autofills the form on that event page.  Our teams are continually going to more mainstream sites that offer registration in the manner they want, without having to login, email uniqueness, etc.  We are hoping to avoid the duplicative/import work or loss of registration data by finding some API solution not offered by LO/TR presently, thereby serving our audiences better.
