Any reflections or lessons learned at BBCon 2017

Hello Friends,

This channel have been quite and I believe we can start sharing some of the successes we had at BBCon 17 and also lessons learned before, during and after. Every Year, I go to the conference with one problem and after the conference I do get a solution. This yar, it was on Sky reporting. New Users were not able to access the report and Allison Nichols took up the challenge and worked with her team members and the problem was resolved.
