Hospital Foundation Website Re-Design Using Drupel Website Platform & NetCommunity Donation Forms

Options
I work for a hospital foundation who currently uses NetCommunity for its website platform. Our hospital is in the process of re-designing its website using Drupel as the website platform and would like the foundation’s website to mirror the hospital website. Has anyone worked with Drupel for website platform while using NetCommunity for donation forms? We are looking for pros/cons and if anyone would be willings to speak with me and my colleagues about their experience.

We've managed Drupal website + NetCommunity for a client. We'd definitely recommend you re-think Drupal if you can. It's losing market share and is more expensive to host... we recommend using WordPress instead. Either way though, I think there are a few optimization things about donation forms I'd recommend such as don't try to recreate the header navigation on your forms in NetCommunity. A good donation form keeps people on the form and doesn't give them many other places to go.

Let me know if you'd like to speak with someone and I can coordinate a call with our web developers if you'd like. You can email me at jthompson@rkdgroup.com.

    Hi Jessica,

We worked with a consultant to get our BBNC forms up to speed with our site, which is on Drupal. The bit about menus from Jenn's response is something I would also flag; our Web team was able to set up a way for the menu text that appeared on our donate form to mirror the homepage menu text. Also, the CSS for our forms is also modeled from the homepage but I was not here for that part of the project so not sure how time-consuming it was. --Suzanne
