Refreshing imported lists in NetCommunity Spark

I was wondering if it is possible to refresh an imported list in NetCommunity Spark?  I found a couple of duplicate emails in the CSV file and removed them. When I used the 'refresh' option before sending the email, it still had the original amount of email addresses, and when I viewed the list, the duplicate was still there. Does the list refresh work for imported lists, or does it only work on constituent lists?

Imported lists cannot be refreshed. If you have a new CSV file, we will need to create a new list and upload the CSV. As a note, though, Blackbaud NetCommunity will automatically remove duplicate emails from the list when you send your email message. BBNC will de-duplicate lists from the same data source, including imported lists. The Knowledgebase solution below covers the scenarios in which BBNC will de-duplicate emails:
