Email Forwarding Service Providers

Hi All,

Has anyone looked into a 3rd party service provider that will replace the email forwarding functionality in BBNC?  If so, can you let me know who and your thoughts about the service they are offering? If you are not going to go with another provider and instead will no longer offer your constituents an email forwarding option, can you let me know how your institution came to this decision?
