Volunteer leads be able to email their teams or other groups

We are a consulting firm and recently have had several clients ask if they could email their members or small groups of members without going through our staff.  Curious if anyone out there provides volunteers or other non-staff members with access to NetComm email to send messages on their own, if so, how do you structure security to prevent them email the wrong people, etc.


Are there other options we should consider to accomplish this?
