Deleting an Image from a Team Raiser home page and team page

The solution should be obvious - delete the image - but that hasn't worked.  On the Team Raiser home page and the Team Page the wrong image was uploaded and now it cannot be deleted.  I  have right-clicked the image and went to "inspect' which highlights the coding related to that image.  I have deleted that coding - but there is no obvious place to save that change.  This is driving me crazy and makes our FundRaiser page look lousy.  Any help out there?

Hi Heather! 


Are you referring to the default image that appears when someone creates a team? I'm fairly new to TR, but for our event, we are able to swap out the default image by going into the TeamRaiser > choosing #13 on the left hand side (Customize Pages) > Default Team Page > Team Photo. 


Not sure if this is what you're referring to, but hope it helps!

Hi Heather,


Were you able to get this fixed? I took a look at your home page and don't see an image that stands out. Jacquie is right that the default team page must be deleted/changed from the image upload area of the default team page. The image on the home page may be a little more complicated depending on where it's located - it could be within the teamraiser greeting page or it could be within the wrapper. Are you still having trouble with it? If so, which image is it?

Thanks. Our team photo is correct. It is the image that appears above the team photo and our editable copy for our team page. It appears in the preview page version, but in the edit window, there is no sign of the wonky logo and nowhere to delete it. It is a new logo and we must delete this awful version before we have Board members access to the page! Any other suggestions?

No - the wonky image is still there.  Below is
a screen shot to show you what I NEED to delete.   It is the
large white square with  the small blurry version of our
logo.  You can see the correct logo at the bottom left of the
screen at the start of our customized team page.  Hope that
helps.

Is it this image in this page? If yes, then following Jacquie's direction should help you deleting/changing it.


If your event created from Blueprint and Team page is locked, you will need to make this change in the parent blueprint and then click Push Changes from Blueprints list.
