Uploading offline gift pledge sheet

Options
Hello,

We have created a pledge sheet for TR participants to collect the personal information of those who chose to donate to their personal page via cheque. This is to ensure that we have all the required information collected to allow us to generate a receipt once we receive the funds.

However, I can't seem to find anywhere to upload it to TR.

Any ideas?

    Hi Jacquie,

There are a few things that you can do.

If you'd like for it to be added to the bottom of the personal page and don't mind that it doesn't auto-fill information, you can upload it to the document library (Library > Document Library) and add it to the footer of the personal page.

If you're trying to create a form that will automatically update on the personal page with the participants information, there are a few additional steps that you'd need to take:

    1. You'd need to be able to edit the PDF via Adobe Acrobat.

    2. Add the form fields in (this is a bit tricky, but here is a list: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/67332)

    3. Upload it to support. (info here: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/68460)

I also notice that you're from a Canadian org. if you're trying to do a bilingual form, I definitely recommend creatining one form with both languages on it instead of 2. It just adds to the layer of complexity.

    Good Luck!

Wow, I had no idea this was possible. Very cool.

Yep! Here's a great example: http://support.heartandstroke.ca/site/TR/BigBike2017/BB_General_2017?px=1073962&pg=personal&fr_id=4468. I like utilizing the Cons ID in the upper right (or anywhere one the form) so that we, as admins, know we're getting to the right person.

  • Can each TR use a different PDF?

Yep. Just note that if it's a blueprint, you'll need to have it uploaded before the creation of the child events (assuming the same form for all child events).
