MessageViewer Link disappearing / getting chopped on autoresponder emails

Hi, It seems like a weird issue but 'online version' link in our autoresponder emails is getting chopped off though we can see the link in the email stationary preview link.


Attached below both the screen shots ( email stationary preview link ) and the autoresponder email preview link.


Any thoughts what might be causing this?


We tested the template in multiple ways and the link disaapears when the link contains MesageViewer in the URL.


Any help in greatly appreciated.

Hi Vidyasagar,


You cannot use Message Viewer link on an autoresponder. MessageViewer only applies to Email Campaigns/Quick Email, not autoresponders -- an email message contains what is effectively static content, while an autoresponder contains content that is only available in the context of a given interaction a user performs (e.g. a donation receipt).
